The Financial Intelligence Unit of Andorra (UIFAND) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF) of Equatorial Guinea on January 28, 2026, coinciding with the celebration of the working groups and regional groups of the Egmont Group.

This Agreement aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, as well as to facilitate the secure, agile and efficient exchange of financial intelligence information between the signatory FIUs, thus strengthening the global mechanisms for the prevention and detection of illicit activities.
