The Andorran Official Gazette (BOPA) publishes Decree 389/2025, of 29-10-2025 on restrictive measures in relation to the conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, which approves a new regulatory text and two annexes that repeal the Decree 268/2025 of 30-07-2025.
