The Andorran Official Gazette (BOPA) publishes Decree 491/2024, of 23-12-2024 on restrictive measures in relation to the conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, BOPA which approves a new regulatory text and two annexes that repeal the Decree 16/2024 of 17-1-2024 and its subsequent modification through Decree 87/2024 of 6-3-2024.
